the Founders
Podcast,

What’s good, my name is Matthew Ondeyo (he/him). I am the Co-Founder and Podcast Co-Host of The Solidarity Initiative. I'm a 16-year-old senior in high school with plans to become a lawyer. Whenever I'm not watching Phineas and Ferb, I’m probably listening to Childish Gambino’s Because the Internet.

Hey, my name is Natalia Estévez (she/her), and I’m the Co-Founder and Podcast Co-Host of The Solidarity Initiative. I’m a 16-year-old senior in high school hoping to pursue occupational therapy. I’ve been grateful to grow up in an activist family, so discussing and educating others as well as myself on societal issues is incredibly important to me. I strongly believe TSIN will make the change everyone's been waiting for.
the Socialites
Outreach,

Hi guys, my name is Joseph Andoh Baidoo (he/him) and I'm the Outreach Director of TSIN. I'm a senior in high school planning to work in the medical field. I'm incredibly passionate about bringing awareness to the many concerns of the modern world, and am certain that TSIN encompasses these beliefs. As Dolly Parton once said, “If you see someone without a smile, give them one of yours.”

Hey! My name is Gabriel Castillo (he/him), but most people call me Gabe. I'm a 17-year-old high school senior looking to study english and rhetoric in college. I'm also part of the Solidarity Outreach Team, and I believe that through TSIN, we can affect real, positive change within our community. When I'm not reorganizing my record collection, I'm usually biking or playing basketball!

Hello!! My name is Annarose Hernandez (she/her). I’m an 18-year-old senior in high school planning to major in psychology and become a counselor one day to be the bridge to those who require a voice. I’m part of the Solidarity Outreach Team; I’m confident that through TSIN, solutions to modern-day injustices can be resolved. Creating an open-minded and understanding environment where individuals can peacefully resonate with one another.

Hi, My name is Natalie Garcia (she/her), and I am currently a senior in high school on the Solidarity Marketing Team. I joined TSIN because I'm a strong believer in bringing change for the better. I believe that today's social and political issues have a great impact on the youth and their upbringing. I want to be able to say I've made an impact on someone's perspective of the ever-changing climate that is today's society.
the Grammar Police
Writing,

Heyyy!! My name is Jordan Hilyard (she/her), and I am the Staff Writing Director of TSIN. I’m a 17-year-old high school senior who is passionate about politics, writing, and history, so I'm hoping to pursue a career within history to become a history teacher or professor. I’ve grown up around politics and activism, so allowing myself to become someone who can influence and create activism within the community makes me ecstatic!

Hello there! My name is Olivia Pantoja (she/her), and I’m a 17-year-old high school grad planning one day become a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist. I was born in the Bronx, New York but moved down to Texas, experiencing drastically different lifestyles, which inspired my love for writing. I am a part of the Solidarity Writing Team, where I’ll be discussing the good, the bad, and the uncomfortable in both op-ed and editorial articles.

What’s up! My name is Anahi Acuna (she/they), and I’m an 18-year-old grad in hopes of pursuing a career in forensic psychology or political science. To not tremble with indignation at the sight of injustice is to be complicit, which is why I’ll do my best to provide mine, and many others’ perspectives of current social issues as part of the Solidarity Writing Team. As Zack De La Rocha once said, “If ignorance is bliss, then knock the smile off my face.”
